Shipping Options

1. PEP PAXI (Affordable Option)

• Delivery Time: 5–9 business days
• Cost: R60 (flat rate)
• Collection: Collect your parcel at your selected PEP store
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via SMS/email

2. The Courier Guy (Fast Delivery)

• Delivery Time: 2–4 business days
• Cost: Calculated at checkout (based on your location)
• Delivery: Door-to-door service
• Tracking: Full tracking provided

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• No orders are processed on weekends or public holidays

• Please ensure your contact details are correct
• Double-check your selected PEP store for PAXI deliveries
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Failed Deliveries

• If delivery fails due to incorrect information, re-delivery fees may apply
• PEP PAXI parcels not collected within the allowed time may be returned
