Returns
- Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging with tags attached
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn or washed uniforms
- Items without tags or packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Exchanges
- We allow exchanges for incorrect sizes or defective items
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective, or
- You received the wrong item
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
