Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in providing high-quality school uniforms. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
    • The item must be in its original packaging with tags attached
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or washed uniforms
  • Items without tags or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Exchanges

  • We allow exchanges for incorrect sizes or defective items
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • The item is defective, or
    • You received the wrong item
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
